Vighnaharta Ganesh episode 8

Do not worry, Mother.

I will stand guard at the door.

I am here to serve you, Mother.

is it? But how will you do it, my son?

Leave it to me, Mother.

‘My son is divine’

‘but I have to give him more power.’

Mother, believe me.

I am capable of protecting you.

Yes, my child.

But I wish to give you something else as well.

“The one with a long trunk, huge appearance.”

“Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles.”

“The one who is considered the foremost deity.”

“Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles.”

“Once the mother touched the forehead of the child.”

“She passed the divine knowledge of great power, to him.”

“The one with a long trunk, huge appearance.”

“Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles.”

“The one who is considered the foremost deity.”

“Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles.”

Mother, now I am ready to guard you.

No, my son.

This may not be enough. – It is.

I can face anyone.

Yes, but now you need some more power.

“A mother showers great love on her son.”

“She made him the foremost deity.”

“She made him the foremost deity.”

“Hail Ganesha, the foremost deity!

The remover of obstacles!”

“Hail Ganesha, the foremost deity!

The remover of obstacles!”

“Hail Lord Ganesha!”

My son.

I thank you, Mother.

Now you have the skills of combat

along with the very strength required for it

and a mighty weapon.

My son.

I am going for a bath.

Remember.

Do not let anyone inside.

I give you my word, Mother.

I will not allow anyone inside.

“Hail Ganesha! Hail Ganesha!”

“Hail Ganesha! Hail Ganesha!”

“The dispeller of obstacles! Hail Ganesha!”

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Vighnaharta Ganesh Episode 6
Vighnaharta Ganesh

It is useless to cry over this, beloved.

I have been punished

for what I did.

Do not cry. Please calm down.

I do not cry for you

but for the son of Parvati.

I had told you not to go there.

You did not obey me.

The very peril that comes for him by your sight

is causing me such pain.

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail!

Hail Lord Shiva! – Hail! – Please stop.

Your face and eyes carry a great radiance.

What thoughts arise in your mind?

Vighnaharta Ganesh

My mind is calm.

Today I am satisfied and very happy.

Please stop. Perhaps you did not hear me.

No one is allowed to go inside.

You have come here. Pray tell me who you are.

You seem like a monk begging for alms.

You will get the alms later.

Only after their mother is done with her bath.

You may come later.

For now, please leave.

Did you not hear me? Leave at once.

It appears that you are hungry.

I can give you some fruit. Would you accept that?

Who are you, child?

One who has stopped you.

I am the guard.

You have come here.

Speak forth, who are you?

What is your name?

That is indeed a great question. What is my name, you ask.

You wish to know who I am.

You may call me by any name.

All the names in the world are mine.

‘What strange sound is this?’

So it means that you are just like me.

Even my mother has not given me any name yet.

If you do not have a name

please tell me the names of your parents.

I have no parents, children.

He is beyond time.

He was never born from any being

and he is the lord of the creation.

He is omnipotent.

An entity that is infinite can never be born.

So you do not have parents.

I understand it is indeed quite unfortunate.

You must have a place you call home.

Where do you reside?

I reside everywhere.

Be it this very land

and even the land of the dead.

I reside everywhere.

There is no single place to which I am bound.

Think of me

as a being present everywhere and still, nowhere.

“Hail Lord Shiva Hail Lord Shiva!”

“Hail Lord Shiva Hail Lord Shiva!”

“Hail Lord Shiva Hail Lord Shiva!”

“Hail Lord Shiva Hail Lord Shiva!”

“Hail Lord Shiva Hail Lord Shiva!”

Lord Shiva Angry

Hail Lord Shiva!

Hail Lord Shiva!

You are trying to trick me

thinking of me as a child.

Why do you not just say that you are homeless?

You are no monk but an imposter, it seems.

That is enough, child!

He is the one who gave everything to this world

and yet you call him a monk and an imposter!

Is he the lord of the universe?

I may be a child but I am no fool

to simply believe whatever you say.

He wears no clothes but animal hide.

He has no place to call home.

I ask him of his name

and he says that he is known by every name there is.

What else should I call such a person

if not an imposter?

What else can I say?

What else can I say?

Once you look at your reflection in the water

you will realize that you either look like a monk or an imposter.

‘This child is ranting and the Lord is smiling.’

You have such dense hair.

Do you never set them?

Child, do you even know the significance of these?

My Lord.

Dear, say something.

Who are you thinking about?

I am thinking of the one

who has dense black hair?

A symbol of his pure and divine nature.

The holy river Ganga flows

through his mighty locks.

Everything about you is strange.

And why do you have a third eye on your forehead?

Are two eyes not sufficient for you?

‘If the Lord were to open his third eye’

‘You will simply perish..’

His third eye stands for the truth

that often eludes the sight of two eyes.

One needs the sight of the soul

to understand the ultimate truth of life.

The third eye of the Lord

grants that sight.

He is the one who is all-knowing and wise?

Had he been wise

he would not have a serpent wrapped around his neck.

He appears to be a dim-witted man.

The snake coiled on his body

represents the awakened primal power within him.

One who is full of divine consciousness.

He carries a serpent on him

thus showing

that one can end malice by love.

If a venomous being is accepted with true love

even that being becomes a true companion.

And why does he wear an animal hide?

By wearing an animal hide

he sends out a message

that nature shouldn’t be harmed unnecessarily

and that one should respect this very nature.

That one remains ever close to it.

Wearing the skin of the dead is a sign of respect.

He treats every creature as one.

Your weapon and the drum on it

are bizarre. What is it?

It is a hand drum.

A hand drum.

You carry a hand drum!

His trident is the embodiment of destruction.

He is the master

of all three natures of traits

be it divine, demonic, or mortal.

His hand drum is in the shape of infinity.

That very drum when resonated

created the universe.

The origin of all.

“Hail Lord Shiva!”

“Hail Lord Shiva!”

“Hail Lord Shiva!”

‘What is this spreading in the air’

‘and the very touch of it is so soothing?’

It is a great mystery as to why he wears ash on Him.

The ash is inevitable.

It is a reminder

that all mortal beings will end. Turn to dust.

It is this dust that marks the end.

Thus this ash is the mark of the ultimate truth.

Only the lazy ones roam in this manner.

It might have rubbed off your body and you never bathed.

Child, how do I explain this to you?

This is the sacred ash

that spreads over my Lord’s skin.

Alright, kid. This is enough.

Let us inside.

You want me to let you inside? Never.

My mother has commanded me

not to let anyone inside.

And my mother’s word is ultimate for me.

Child. I am pleased to see your devotion

towards your mother.

But I am.. – Enough!

That is all, Monk!

Not a word more.

I have said it all.

No one is allowed to step inside.

If you do not let us in

we will enter forcibly.

Till the time I stand guard here

no one can cross this line.

“Hail Lord Ganesha! Hail Lord Ganesha!”

“Remover of obstacles! Hail Lord Ganesha!”

“Hail Lord Ganesha! Hail Lord Ganesha!”

“Remover of obstacles! Hail Lord Ganesha!”
